Terms of service
Last updated: September 13, 2026
This is a technical accessibility assessment, not legal advice, and automated testing cannot establish ADA compliance.
What we provide
For a one-time fee, ADA Triage (“we”) provides a technical accessibility assessment of the public pages of a website you name: a Technical Assessment + Fix Plan, up to 3 re-checks within 30 days of purchase, a Verification Report after each re-check, and an evidence package.
Not legal advice
Our reports describe technical findings. They are not legal advice, we are not a law firm, and using our service doesn't create an attorney-client relationship. Talk to a lawyer about any letter, lawsuit or deadline.
Limits of automated testing
Automated testing finds only part of accessibility issues. A result of “0 detected by automated check” means our check found none on the pages scanned at that time. It does not mean the website has no accessibility issues, and we don't state or guarantee that any website meets the ADA, WCAG or any other standard, or promise any legal outcome.
Your authorization
By ordering, you confirm that you own the website or are authorized by its owner to have it tested. We only load pages the way a visitor's browser does and never change your website.
Letters and information you send us
You may send us a copy of a letter you received. We use it only to prepare your report. You're responsible for having the right to share it with us. See our privacy policy for how long we keep it.
Payment and refunds
Payment is processed by Stripe. If your report doesn't identify specific, fixable issues, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Re-checks end if an order is refunded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any settlement, judgment or legal fees.
