What we collect

• Contact and order details: your email address, the website you want assessed, and your order.
• Your letter: a copy of any demand letter or lawsuit you send us, and the pages it names.
• Scan results: what our check found on your website's public pages, including screenshots of those pages and the reports we produce.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to prepare and deliver your reports, run your re-checks, send you emails about your order, and handle refunds. We don't sell your information or use your letter for anything else.

How long we keep it

• Letters: deleted 90 days after your order.
• Orders that were started but not paid: deleted after 24 hours, including any uploaded letter.
• Screenshots and reports: kept for 1 year, because they're your evidence of what was fixed and when.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores files, and provides cookieless visitor analytics.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Clerk handles sign-in to your order page.
• Resend sends order emails.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing support@adatriage.com.
