Did you just receive an ADA demand letter?

We'll identify the technical accessibility issues on your website and give you a step-by-step remediation report.

One-time price · Assessment within 24 hours · No call required

This is a technical accessibility assessment, not legal advice, and automated testing cannot establish ADA compliance.

From the letter to dated proof of your fixes

  1. Send us your site and letter

Pay, then email us a copy of the letter. No letter yet? We'll assess the site on its own.
  2. We scan and map the claims

We test your key pages and match what the letter claims to what's actually on the page.
  3. You fix, step by step

Every issue comes with plain-English instructions for your platform, highest priority first.
  4. We re-check and date it

Up to 3 re-checks within 30 days, each with a dated before/after report.

Know exactly what's wrong, and where to fix it

Letters list barriers in general terms. Your report turns them into specific issues on your pages, ranked by priority, with the exact clicks in Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace or Wix.

When you've made fixes, the re-check shows each issue's count before and now, with dates, so your attorney has the technical facts.

Issue #1 — Product images

Priority: High

37 product images have missing or inadequate alternative text. (30 missing, 7 look like file names, e.g. “IMG_4821.jpg”)

Why it matters: Screen-reader users may not be able to understand what the products represent.

How to fix (Shopify): Products → [product] → Media → click the image → add descriptive alt text.

Your letter mentions this: “images lack alternative text” (p. 2)

Verification: Rechecked September 18, 2026
Previous: 37 affected images
Current: 0 detected by automated check
Status: Fixed (automated check)

Technical Assessment + Fix Plan

What your letter claims, a prioritized issue list with evidence, exact fix steps for your platform, and a manual checklist for what automation can't test.

Verification Report

After each re-check: every issue's status, before and now, with dates.

What we don't do

  • No widget or overlay. We never add anything to your website. The fixes happen in your site itself.
  • No legal advice. Work with your attorney. Our report gives them the technical facts.
  • No promises about the outcome. The best result we ever report is “0 detected by automated check.”

Questions

Is this legal advice?

No. It's a technical assessment of your website. Talk to a lawyer about the letter, any deadlines in it, and how to respond.

Will this make the letter go away?

We can't promise any legal outcome. What we give you is a clear list of what's technically wrong, how to fix it, and dated records of what changed.

What happens after I pay?

Email a copy of your letter (PDF or photo) to support@adatriage.com, along with any pages it names. Your assessment arrives within 24 hours.

Do you install anything on my website?

No. We load your public pages the way a visitor's browser does. Nothing is added to your site.

Which platforms do you cover?

Fix steps are written for Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace and Wix. Other sites get code-level instructions a developer can follow.

I haven't received a letter. Can I still order?

Yes. Without a letter, priorities come from the scan alone.

Can automated testing find everything?

No. Automated checks find only part of accessibility problems. That's why every report includes a manual checklist, such as testing your store with only a keyboard.
